Job Description Main Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibility One: Satisfy Customers
?Duty One: Manage sales locations in the store
?Duty Two: Maintain correct range allocation of FS-SS in cooperation with sales
?Duty Three: Manage handout picking service
?Duty Four: give input to my in-store logistics manager regarding store logistic capacity requirements (space, equipment and people).
Responsibility Two: Create Profit
?Duty One: Secure an Efficient Goods flow
?Duty Two: Develop follow-up and analysis tools
?Duty Three: Follow through the report results
. Duty Four : Contribute to environmental, health and safety performance in my store and securing compliance with the group risk manual in the goods flow operations areas
Responsibility Three: Management & Leadership
?Duty One: Support business goals and ambitions of company China
?Duty Two: Set ISL direction, align the team and motivate & inspire team members
?Duty Three: Build up the logistics competence
?Duty Four: Secure the goals and priorities is achieved by controlling
?Duty Five: Risk Management
Requirements
Knowledge
? Minimum 3 years retail supervisory experience, goods flow/supply or commercial knowledge preferred
? Strong analytical skills
? Strong computer skills
? Possessing a forklift driver’s license for reach stack trucks and counter weight trucks and relevant experience from operating this equipment
? English language skills, both spoken and written
? Knowledge of the company Concept Description including our Vision and Business Idea, our Culture and Values, the Diamond and how we create our business advantages
? Knowledge of the company organizations and how it works in the company Supply Chain
? A strong knowledge of the key performance measurements and follow up tools to be able to develop your area of responsibility. This includes Total Logistic Costs (Job no.5), the Customer Satisfaction Index, Commercial Review, the Voice co-worker survey and financial reports
