职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To lead the team to fulfill the operational KPI such as quality, cost, delivery, safety, efficiency, etc.
2. Manage the day to day operations including 5S, discipline, EHS, quality issue and problem solving, Headcount/Manning plan based on workload changes, over time/attendance control, in order to satisfy the customer demand.
3. To manage the operation team to work align with the company discipline and policy, stick on working goal deployment and follow up the results of achievements, provide coach and support when necessary
4. Monitor and feedback the performance and potential issues in Production department.
5. New production line set up projects.
6. Improving equipment capacity, capability and personnel performance.
7. Review of technical requirements for production (work instructions, time analysis, cutting tools, NC program, devices and other production resources).
8. Leading the improvement of machining process, regarding of quality and efficiency.
9. Review of quality documentation (Flowchart, Control plan, FMEA, etc) according to Quality System procedures.
10. Ensure problem solving in a short cycle, and continuous improvement.
11. Review of actions to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through sustainable problem solving.
12. Participate in quality activities and follow/ maintain QS9000/TS16949 requirements.
13. Other duties as assigned. Follow instructions.
Requirements:
1. Academic:
1) Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
2. Experience
1) Minimum 4 years working in manufacturing experience in machining, at least 2 years management experience.
2) Be familiar with CNC machining process.
3) Experience in the use of tooling, jigs, fixtures, semi-automatic and automated tooling and/or robotics an advantage.
4) Experience in managing teams of workers.
5) Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
6) Honest and credible, strong leadership, obey the job arrangement, also with the good communication skills.
