Main Responsibilities:
1)Contracts drafting, review, Negotiation;
2)Disputes,arbitration and litigation dealing with the help of outside counsel;
3)Legal advice to other departments;
4)Insurance accidents managing;
5)Investment projects handling;
6)Other duties as assigned by legal Manager from time to time.
Requirements:
1)Bachelor Degree, major in law;
2)More than 2 years of legal professional experience with a reputable law firm in China or as in-house counsel with a multinational corporation;
3)Strong negotiation, drafting and contract management skills with excellent problem solving abilities;
4)Self-motivated and has a high level of individual responsibility and ability to withstand work pressure and can drive projects independently;
5)Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
