Elektroskandia is the leading professional in the market of Telecom Network Installation material and Electrical Business with a history that dates back to 1917. Since 2008 the company belongs to the French family owned Sonepar Group, a global market leader in distribution of electrical products and related solutions. Elektroskandia China is today legally separated from the Swedish parent company, and acts as an own P/L unit under Sonepar Group. Since the startup ten years ago Elektroskandia China now have large customers within telecom, sustainable energy and cable & wire industries. Today the company has 150 employees and 1 billion RMB revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

? Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
? Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
? Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
? Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
? Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
? Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
? Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
? Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
? Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
? Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
? Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
? Execute daily sales calls activities by conveying and explaining company policies and procedures to all customers and prospects in a positive and constructive manner;
? Develop an annual territory sales plan keyed to customers and driven by the sales and marketing plans that are to be accomplished;
? Develop prospect list for sales opportunities, maintain active funnel, qualify, follow up and close opportunities for assigned accounts/customers
? Track the competitors information and marketing trend, actively update market information, prepare and organize marketing activities & events within the assigned territory accounts


Requirements:

Education:
? BA degree or similar or with a relevant technical degree.
Working Experience:
? 3-5 years working experience in sales or Channel sales for cables
? General Experience in cable industry or distribution industry.
Technical Skills:
? Deep understanding of the distribution channel with a proven ability to drive result through existing distribution channels, while identifying and unlocking new opportunities
? Strong ability to build on a solid channel partnership
? Knowledge and skills in value based & solution selling – understanding needs and develop a strategic
