University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit a Postgraduate Lifecycle Officer – China Beacons Institute
Your Responsibility
Your key responsibilities include:
61 Provide high-quality services and support to PGR students throughout their research lifecycle.
61 Maintain accurate records and documentation of key milestones, ensuring compliance with university policies, procedures, and regulations.
61 Assist in organizing PGR events as well as manage facility resources in collaboration with relevant departments.
61 Facilitate effective communication between PGR students, supervisors, departmental staff, and external stakeholders to enhance engagement and collaboration.
61 Stay informed about developments in PGR education and relevant academic regulations, and participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
About You
61 You should have a Master’s degree, plus significant hands-on experience in similar or related roles.
61 You should have at least 2 years of proven working experience in PGR programme.62
61 You should have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
61 You should have working knowledge of the work and activities of other areas inside and outside the University relevant to PGR work.
