Key Responsibilities:
1.Own DRP process with External Supply
2.Regular review and align supply parameter setting in Manugistics system to ensure optimize
3.Provide NRQ by running of Manugistics system
4.Get agreed supply plan from product supplier
5.Work with External Supply and global sites to improve the supply reliability and responsiveness
6.Lead to complete Item master file for new product
7.Work with MKT on NPI volume forecast

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain, commercial or economic.
2.Above 3 years supply planning experience, working experience in foreign invested commercial company and/or in pharmaceutical business is preferred.
3.Professional planning & analysis skill, good at variances analysis, root causing and finding solutions;
4.Knowledge of both corporate and appropriate commercial operation guidelines/principles. Project management experience is preferred
5.Experience on use of ERP system such as JDE, Manugistics, SAP, etc.
6.Superior skill on Microsoft office
7.Fluent Written English, ideally good at oral as well
8.Open & proactive mindset, super communication skill, Actively promote the integration of functional activities and generation of team spirit.
9.Fast learning ability under pressure;
10.Strong & sharp insight & analytical skill, logical and of good internal control sense
