● Reduce COGS by 5% through strategic negotiation with suppliers, logistics optimization, precise excess stock control, and cost reduction with 3PL providers

What Success Looks Like:
A successful Supply Chain Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency through efficient workflow management, and timely task completion with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Success is further measured by achieving the key scorecard metrics, which contributes to the organization’s success and the individual goals and bonus.


Primary Objectives – These must be achieved and at all efforts
● Ensure a 100% in-stock rate, by independently using Sostocked to complete inventory tasks, defining reorder points, and arranging shipments, to ensure smooth inventory replenishment on sales channels and shipments with suppliers.

● Maintain 0% mass production quality issue, by comprehensively understanding the products of Lunderg, being clear on the standards, reviewing previous inspection reports, obtaining samples for review, being involved in inspections, and ensuring attention to details, to maintain the consistency of good quality of each order.

Regular Work Activities
● Inventory management
1. Manage inventory weekly using Sostocked
2. Create FBA, Walmart Shipments from 3PL to Amazon or Walmart as necessary
3. Coordinates with 3PL warehouse for inbound and outbound orders
4. Reconcile shipments in Sostocked
5. Review inventory on Sostocked and 3PL WMS
● Order & Logistics
6. Assist with product replenishment through ongoing purchase order issuance, obtain relevant documentation, track supplier deliveries (Monitor PO Trackers), and expedite deliveries as necessary
7. Coordinates transportation and logistics requirements by selecting appropriate transportation methods for items purchased
8. Create corresponding PO on Sostocked to align with actual inventory assets
9. Manage the status of orders or shipments on Sostocked
10. Manage qualification on products, including tracking sampling, arranging inspections, checking inspection reports, and reporting to leadership of any quality issues
11. Obtain logistics invoice after shipment arrival
● Documentations
12. Updating supplier's folders, and product spec sheets with the necessary changes
13. Reconcile invoices for orders, and organize documentation of folders for orders & logistics

As Needed Activities – These must be done once assigned.
● Various necessary tasks as requested by leadership or departments from other product phases.

Mandatory Meetings – These meetings must be attended
● Weekly One-on-One Meeting - Monday: 09:30 am Beijing Time

Key Skills – What behavioral traits, attitudes, and skills are required?
● Fluent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese & English)
● Familiarity with Microsoft software (Google Drive and G-Suite apps is a plus).

● Director of Operations – The primary contact for reporting work progress and addressing issues

● 3PL Warehouses - to arrange and follow up on inbound & outbound orders
● Inspection company – to create an inspection plan and arrange an inspection
