职位描述
Role & Responsibility :
1. Providing day to day support on the Network infrastructure, for example, LAN, Video conference for all AsiaPac.
2.Assist to manage APAC High Security services(Firewall/Proxy/VPN).
3. Provide support to CBS IS/IT team on the project/task relevant to Network infrastructure.
4.Can manage the cabling projects remotely.
5. Escalating complex issue with related parties, such as 2nd or 3rd line of support, solution provider or partner (whichever applicable)
6. Acting as a liaison, advisor and technician on resolving network issues
7. Manage and Supporting Network related project where applicable.
8.Coordinating between global and local IT team.
9. Assist to manage APAC High Security services(Firewall/Proxy/VPN).
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :
1.Understanding of Cloud and server technologies, operation procedure and virtualization concepts.
2.Experienced on Palo Alto Firewall, Global Protect, Prisma Access, and basic knowledge of CheckPoint/FortiGate
3. Experience on network technology support such as Interconnectivity, VLAN, Spanning Tree, IP routing etc.
4 Good Communication skill, effective team working relationships.
5.Autonomous, self-driven and results oriented
6. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7.Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
8. Strong customer service orientation.
9.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
10. Proactive and Learning initiative.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 year working experience in Netowrk Seucirty, and LAN/WAN.
2. Good English Writing skill.
3.Certificate on CCNA, CCNP and other Network related is a plus.
4.Experience in Agile Organisation model is a plus
5. Aliyun operation experience is a plus
