• Together with mechanic and electrician infrastructure adaption of test rigs for new testing project.
• 配合机电工程师为新项目进行测试台架的搭建准备
• Modification of test rigs control program code.
• 试验台架控制软件代码的修改
• Supervising operation of test rigs and analysis of test rig data. 
• 监督台架的运行和分析试验数据
• Reporting and presenting data to testing project teams and customers.
• 向测试团队和客户报告测试数据
• Improving performance and reliability of test rigs.
• 提高测试台架的性能和可靠性
• Communication with customers and suppliers.
• 与客户和供应商进行沟通
• Supporting facility teams in maintaining support equipment of test cells.
• 支持设备设施维护团队进行测试设备设施维护
• Continuous improvement of testing process and quality.
• 测试过程和质量的持续改进

       Supporting 5S management deployment.

Requirements/要求

• Knowledge of transmission and engine mechanism and their components.
• 了解变速器、发动机及电机的结构及其部件
• Any structure language (C, Pascal, etc.) and any integrated development environment (VC, VB, Delphi, etc.) programming experience preferred.
• 有让任何编程语言及编程经验者优先
• Basic knowledge of metal parts design, manufacturing and assembly.
• 具备金属零件设计、制造及装配的基本知识
• Basic knowledge of speed, torque, temperature, pressure, acceleration measurement and data acquisition system.
• 具备转速、扭矩、温度、压力、加速度测量和采集基本知识
• Basic knowledge of converter, Dynamometers.具备变频器和测功机基本知识
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation system (e.g. PLC, relay, pneumatic / hydraulic components etc.)具备工业自动化系统基本知识
• Basic knowledge of measurement and control theory (e.g. PID control).
• 具备测量和控制理论知识
• Measurement data handling skills.测量数据的处理能力
• Experience in electrical installation and commissioning of test bench is preferred
