岗位职责

-Reports to shift supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor; 向当班工长和维护主管报告

-Perform general maintenance of all machines and plant equipment; 对公司的所有设备进行维护

-Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks; 完成分配的预防性维护

-Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment and machinery; 对机器与设备定时进行维护

-Troubleshoots (when necessary), Repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.; 需要的时候对设备进行检修。对旧的，坏的部件，电机以及控制设备进行维修与更换

-Performs installation, start-up, and try out of all new manufacturing and plant equipment and systems; 对所有的新设备与系统进行安装，启动与调试

Performs building and grounds maintenance ; 对厂房与地面进行维护

-Maintains cleanliness of work area; 保持工作区域的干净整洁

-Practice and comply with all safety (and quality) procedures; 按照安全与质量要求工作

-Perform any documentation requirements; 按要求完成记录工作

-Ensure operating conform to the request in ISO 14001/ ISO 45001；确保工作符合环境管理体系/职业健康和安全管理体系要求

-Other duties as assigned. Follow instructions. 按要求完成上级交办的其他工作

任职资格：

1、中专或高中以上学历，机电维修、数控等相关专业；

2、同岗位1年以上工作经验，有外企或合资企业工作经验者优先考虑；

3、熟悉西门子发那科系统，会看PLC图，了解机器人和液压相关知识；

4、机械动手能力强，诚实守信，工作认真负责，适应倒班工作；

5、诚实守信，有团队荣誉感，踏实肯干。
