职位描述

该岗位主要负责大型项目泵产品的销售,如发电站,EPC 项目。
工科背景,2年以上大工业 B2B sales 经验。
通过执行销售计划和市场开发活动来满足或超过年度销售预定计划,并推动指定销售区域的业务增长。该人士必须具有团队精神,以确保该地区的项目得到适当的支持。
职责与要求:
独立工作,并与团队一起完成销售目标。
密切跟踪客户,创造潜在业务。
开发目标客户,加强与大客户的沟通,满足客户需求。
建立和发展长期合作关系,以提升公司声誉和业务战略。
了解和沟通市场趋势,竞争,性能问题,价格问题,交货期要求和客户问题。
按年度计划完成/超额完成预定。
尽早识别目标项目,提高命中率。
制定商业计划,并定期更新,及时达成目标。
建立和更新竞争,市场价格,产品趋势,交货期要求。
根据Flowforce策略更新Flowforce预测,并实现每月预测的完整性。
优先经验/技能:
工学学士学位。
能够独立工作,具有良好的团队合作精神
熟悉微软办公软件
良好的英语听说读写能力
性格开朗,愿意经常出差
能够在压力下工作并按时完成任务
良好的人际关系和沟通能力
理解特殊任务的需要
-Work independently, as well as a team to meet sales target.
-To follow up with customer closely to generate potential business.
-To develop target account and enhance communication with Key Customers to fulfill customer needs.
-Establish and develop long term relationship to promote company reputation and business strategy.
-Understand and communicate market trends, competition, performance issues, price issues, lead-time requirements and customer issues.
-Realize bookings in line with / in excess of the annual plan.
-Early identification of target projects to increase hit rate.
-Business Plan produced and obtaining timely objectives with regular updates.
-Establish and update a competition, market level pricing, product trends, lead-time requirements.
-Flowforce forecast update in line with the Flowforce policy and achieve forecast integrity month-on-month.
Preferred Experience / Skills :
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
-Ability to work independently with good team spirit
-Familiar with Microsoft office software
-Good command of written and spoken English
-Open minded personality and willing to travel frequently
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Understanding for the need of ad-hoc assignments
