Responsibilities
? Preparation of white papers addressing key topics relevant to the Chinese property market
? Coordination of research work with other departments within the company
? Establishment of relationships with leading developers, investors, and agents in the Chinese real estate market
? Oversee the collection, analysis of market data and report compilation for second and third tier cities.
? Presentation of market intelligence at research seminars and client purposes
Requirements
? Minimum three years of work experience related to real estate
? Preferred foundation in market research/consultancy experience
? Native Chinese Mandarin speaker
? Proficiency in English preferred but not essential
? Bachelor degree
? Analytical, presentation, and communication skills
? PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
? Responsible, resourceful, self-disciplined team player;
Timing
? Position offered for a minimum of 2 year
? Ideal starting time immediate
