Job Description Summary
The Sr. Product Data Management Specialist is required to manage our customer’s product data. He or she is responsible for the creation, updating, maintenance and validation of product databases in support of product release, sustaining activities, etc., and for the provision of computerized reports of these data. He or she is a key member of the project team and should be able to prioritize work in line with project management decisions. The responsibilities of this position is to manage from product data from its concept stage to mass production through review, computerization, cleaning and auditing of product data and data bases in compliance with standard operating procedures, customers’ principles, etc. It is also required to build up, develop, optimize and manage the company’s documentation system according to ISO standard.
Qualifications
A candidate may require a BS/BA degree, which can vary from a bachelor to a master degree qualifications.
Has very strong and deep knowledge and experience of SAP, Oracle or other ERP system and engineering system like Agile, etc.,
Has strong interest in managing database as well as making relevant data analysis to provide proposals.
Has direct experience on managing day-to-day product data system operations communication both with OEM customers and EMS/ODM suppliers.
Proficiency English both in written and verbal is a must.

Consistency in delivering positive results, following tasks through from start to finish
Review, analyze, and validate product data to ensure consistency, integrity and accuracy based on project specific guidelines and requirements.
Review product engineering changes notifications and orders, communicating with both the OEM customers and EMS/ODM suppliers for initiation, processing and approvals.
Assist in standardizing data management procedures such as documentation for companies’ operating procedures
Develop and maintain documentation and data management guidelines
Maintain product data accuracy through review of case report forms for completeness and consistency
Assist in the development and implementation of strategy for data cleaning and in the design and programming of product databases
Query data inconsistencies and revise case report forms in compliance with standard operating procedures, customers’ principles
Generate data retrievals and summaries
Build up, develop, optimize and manage the company’s documentation system according to ISO standard.
