Responsibilities 工作职能

·        Collect information from various departments within the company and compile necessary management system documents in English (Topics about Legal status and matters, Liability and finance, Management status, safeguarding impartiality, Human resources, etc.).

·        收集公司内部信息并编制英文的必要管理体系文件（内容涵盖法律地位和事务，责任和财务，管理地位，维护公正性，人力资源等）

·        Track the group's CDM DOE qualification application process and timely feedback against CDM accreditation procedure/standard.

·        跟踪集团CDM DOE资质申请进程，并参考CDM资质许可程序/标准，及时反馈进度

·        Maintain and update the management system documents in the later stage of the qualification

·        资质获取后期，维护与更新相关管理体系文件

·        Will travel to work

·        接受工作出差

Requirements 工作要求

·        One to four years of experience in technical writing, where core job responsibilities have focus on writing or editing working instructions and procedural documentation, preferably in a related industry. 

·        一到四年的技术写作经验，其中核心工作职责为编写或编辑工作手册和程序文件等，***是在相关行业中。

·        Fluency in spoken and written business English.

·        熟练的商务英语的读写能力

·        Bachelors of Science Degree.

·        本科学历

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite software, specifically advanced level Excel (ability to perform advanced equations, graph, learn new functions quickly).

·        熟练操作Microsoft Office办公软件

·        Attention to detail.

·        工作注重细节

·        Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.

·        Specific knowledge of Climate-related topics: Climate regulation, Carbon markets and pricing, Nature based solutions, Carbon accounting (GHG protocol), Target setting methodologies, Reporting standards.

·        熟知与气候相关的主题的专门知识：气候法规，碳市场和定价，基于自然的解决方案，碳核算（GHG协议），目标设定方法，报告标准。

·        Related working experience in GHG emissions（CDM, CDP, SBTi, CCER, Carbon Emission verification, etc.）or QMS documentation.

·        具有温室气体排放方面的相关工作经验（CDM，CDP，SBTi，CCER，碳核查等）或质量管理系统文件相关工作经验。
