Responsibility:
- Acting as Regional Functional Expert for all matters relating to Repair & Maintenance in the Asia region.
- To assist in the development and update of consistent and aligned Repair & Maintenance strategies for Asia region.
- To develop and contribute to the continuous improvement of R&M processes to achieve the optimum solution for all R&M related aspects of the business. Monitors and adjusts process loops for optimum performance.
- To assist in the set up of the budgets in the field of Repair & Maintenance for both NSO and existing store.
- To participate in building audits (ie TRM) and provides timely reports to senior business unit leaders on a need basis.
- Content-related support in corporate projects such as CapEx efficiency.
- To proactively facilitate gains in additional productivity potential and optimize operational costs through work productivity benchmarks and best practice transfer relative to long-term plans and policies for the Asia region R&M developments.
- To ensure timely and quality records in accordance with prevailing R&M SOPs to maintain updated knowledge of regional R&M issues (including on technical procurements matters) affecting Asia operations.
- Provides necessary technical supports and assistance to countries and coordinates with relevant technical advisory committees (both internal and external).
- To lead, develop and conduct regional and/or local awareness programs relevant to R&M management.
