DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

岗位职责：

1. To be responsible for checking and follow-up Chongqing construction progress payment, equipment progress payment and monthly purchasing payment. To deal with daily business accounting for Chongqing ATS and related contracts management orderly

负责审核和跟踪重庆工程进度款，设备进度款，每月采购款项及日常业务的会计核算和相关合同的管理

2. To be responsible for checking the authenticity and legitimacy of Staff Reimbursement documents according to the national accounting rules and company expenses policy, to complete all necessary approval procedures before payments on each 10th and 25th

参照国家会计法及公司相关费用报销制度，及时审核员工报销及付款申请资料的真实性和合法性，严格执行审批流程，安排好每月10日及25日员工报销付款事宜

3. To prepare for Budget of capital requirements each month, update payment plan list timely. To be responsible for water, electricity, Internet expense deduction for Chongqing project

做好重庆工厂每月资金需求预算，及时更新付款计划，配合其他部门及时缴纳水费，电费，电信网络费的扣缴

4. To assist monthly closing issue and monthly Finance Reports and Financial Statement before each 4th

协助重庆工厂每月关帐事宜，确保在每月4日前完成财务报表的编制及相关报表分析

5. To be responsible for VAT invoices verification, monthly Finance Reports declaration, monthly Tax Reports declaration on Tax Bureau Website for Chongqing ATS before each 15th

负责增值税发票认证，每月15日之前国地税网站财务报表和税务报表及时申报

6. To be responsible for submitting Finance Reports and related financial data to Chongqing tax bureau, d Banks and other departments

负责及时向重庆税务局，银行及其他部门提供相关财务报表及数据

7. To assist the fixed assets management and stock-taking plan for Chongqing ATS. To get familiar with company regulations concerning Fixed Assets Management policy, Expenses Management policy, Approval Procedure, to be responsible for orientation training for new staff of Chongqing ATS

协助重庆工厂固定资产管理及生产物料盘点事宜。熟悉公司的相关政策制度，固定资产管理制度，费用报销制度，审批流程制度，为重庆工厂新员工做入职培训

8. To keep good relationship with Chongqing State Tax Bureau, to be responsible for tax refund of 2% of IIT handling charge, to complete annual CIT declaration work before each May 31st

及时了解税务信息，与重庆国税局保持良好关系，负责 2%个人所得税手续费返还，每年5月31日前完成企业所得税汇算清缴等税务事宜

9. To be responsible for loan drawdown arrangement each month, to provide ICBC all necessary documents. To develop new Banks as corporation partners for Chongqing ATS

负责重庆工厂每月项目贷款提款事宜，并在重庆开发新的银行合作伙伴

10. To handle well other temporary tasks designated by management level and Head Quarter

其它由管理层及总部交给的临时事务

Skills/Education/Experience:

技能/学历/工作经验：

1. Bachelor degree in accounting or related major 会计或相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历

2. At least 3 years of working experience as accountant 3年会计岗位工作经验

3. Good English communication skills both in written and spoken 良好的英文沟通能力（听说读写）

4. Skilled in Excel and computer operation; skilled in SAP operation Excel及电脑技能纯熟；SAP熟练

5. Foreign funded company working experience should be preferred 有外企工作经历优先

6. Accountant certificate holder 持有会计师资格证
