1、岗位职责：

（1）作为项目现场负责人，协助项目组负责人组织实施投资项目的寻找、分析评估、立项、投资、投后管理的全过程；

（2）对已立项项目提出交易结构,进行财务、法律和商务尽职调查，进行合理的收入预测和投资收益评价；监控实施项目投资全过程；跟踪已投项目，为企业提供保值增值服务；

（3）协助项目组负责人对下级人员进行业务指导，按照公司要求配合其他部门完成相关工作。

2、任职资格：

（1）硕士及以上学历，经济、金融、财会、管理、理工类等相关专业，具有CPA/CFA等专业资质人员优先；

（2）金融机构、重点产业相关企业或会计、法律等专业机构工作经历，主导或参与过项目投资的全流程；

（3）具备快速学习能力、专业投资分析判断能力和一定的项目资源开拓能力，具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；责任心强，抗压能力强，具有良好的领导能力和组织能力；

（4）教育背景良好，英文听、说、读、写流利。
