Job Description:

1.      Focus on pre-selling stage of sales to provide proposal or solution to customers

2.      Support to develop new application solution

3.      Plan and execute after sales activities;

4.      Provide technical service based on customer requirement (Quotation, installation, on site service, hotline support, production monitoring );

5.      Provide other technical support based on business requirements (exhibition support, application/Demonstration, Evaluation support on site, Retrofitting);

6.      Conduct the training course for customer;

7.      Innovation and Change (i.e. range and diversity of activities, problems, processes, market dynamics and management challenges that need to be recognized and resolved, improvement of processes, systems or products)

8.      Other business activities support related assignments;

9.      Other works assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor of Science degree or above in mechanical/electrical/automation;

2.      Relevant working experience with industrial automation applications (mechanical, electrical, SW, PLC(Siemens, Omron, AB, Rexroth Opcon ));

3.      At least 3 years proven practical experience in the automation industrial;

4.      Good communication skills with customer and also co-worker;

5.      Honest, highly responsible, professional and self-initiative, able to work under pressure;

6.      Good oral and written English;

7.      Willing to travel frequently.

8.      Creates benefits arguments clearly related to customer needs. Constructively challenges customers

9.      Reads the customer, differentiates needs from tactics. Does not surrender the ground too easily

10.   Reaches and confirms agreement

职位要求：

1. 学士学位或以上学历，机械/电气/自动化相关专业；

2. 工业自动化应用相关工作经验(机械、电气、SW、PLC(Siemens、Omron、AB、Rexroth Opcon))；

3. 至少3年以上工业设备维修经验；

4. 良好的沟通能力；

5. 诚实、高度负责、专业和主动，能够在压力下工作；

6. 良好的英语口语和书写能力；

7. 愿意经常出差。

9. 了解、区分客户需求；

10. 与客户签订协议
