职位描述
Job Title: 模切新产品开发工程师
Direct Line Manager: 工程主管
Purpose of the Role: 根据客户需求设计模切产品及相关的生产工艺
Main Responsibilities: 1.根据客户需求提供产品设计方案, 并及时与客户沟通相关的技术问题
2. 选择产品的主料及相关的制程辅料
3. 绘制产品结构图及装配料带图纸
4. 绘制生产模具图纸, 包括圆刀和平刀工艺
5. 根据产品的生产状况提供持续改善的方案
6. 设计合理的工艺保证产品的成本, 产量和质量
7. 根据客户的图纸或需求提供报价
8. 与相关部门沟通保证项目的顺利进展.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills
大专以上学历, 适应英语工作环境
两年以上圆刀工程师工作经验, 熟悉平刀工艺优先考虑
熟悉模切产品的制作流程及质量要求
熟悉相关的绘图软件及办公软件
熟悉电子类模切产品, 并且有相关的成功案例.
? 熟悉模切产品的主要材料及过程辅助材料
? 熟练操作圆刀设备会优先考虑.
