Assistant Logistic / Customer Service Officer

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holders in Business or relevant disciplines.
• 3 year+ experience in customer service, sales administration & logistic operation.
• Experience of logistic operation in PRC and warehouse management is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese(Mandarin).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in custom declaration is preferable

Job Description

• Secure the information flow and be source of constant reliable information between customers, Sales Managers and Headquarter in Switzerland.
• Record and follow up customer inquiry, quotation, order, mesh allocation, order confirmation, proforma invoice, invoicing, credit note and debit note and other related matters.
• Periodical update Business Partner information.
• Acknowledge payment receipt and Accounting and follow up payment from Customers.
• Provide all sales statistics to all concerning parties.
• Monitor use of CRM in Customer Service and Logistic areas(contract, visit report, etc)
• Manage full spectrum of logistics and handle mainly importation from overseas and local delivery.
• Import and export knowledge of in & out China.
