Job Description & Summary:


A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.


Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of day to day activities at PwC. As part of the team, you will be assisting with record keeping, billing, distribution, logistics and financial planning.


The main responsibility includes: assigning staff appropriately and maximising staff utilization; supporting for staff evaluation and development. Details are as follows:

主要职责包括:为员工合理分配项目,***化人员时间利用率,为员工的评估和职业发展规划提供支持。详细工作内容如下:


  • Maintaining the staff scheduling system, ensuring all staff information is up-to-date;
  • 维护员工工作调度系统,确保系统中所有员工工作信息的准确性;
  • Managing and communicating information regarding booking requests, staff availability, job conflicts resolving and utilization;
  • 根据项目的需求,管理并协调安排员工的有效时间,解决项目冲突,提高员工项目时间利用率;
  • Supporting staff annual performance evaluations;
  • 为年度绩效考评提供支持;
  • Scheduling staff on training;
  • 调度安排员工的培训课程;
  • Supporting staff on CPA administration;
  • 为员工的CPA考试事宜提供支持;
  • Facilitating the scheduling & reporting process by working closely with practice partners, managers and staff for better resource management.
  • 和项目合伙人、经理、员工密切合作,促进调度和报告流程,以更好的调配和整合人力资源。



Requirements:


  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • 学士学位,不限专业
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a joint-venture or multinational company;
  • 合资或者跨国公司至少1-2年的工作经验
  • Operation, HR & Administration experiences preferred;
  • 具有运营、人力资源或者行政工作经验者优先考虑
  • Auditing experiences will be a plus;
  • 有审计工作经验者将优先考虑.
  • Strong computer literacy. Excel is a must;
  • 熟练运用办公软件,特别是Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • 良好的沟通和人际交往能力.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
  • 精通英语和普通话.
