岗位职责:

1、In charge of product technical development and improvement; to understand drawing and make technical process form product drawing.

负责职责范围内新生产工艺的开发和改进；能看懂机械图纸并能从产品图分析出产品的装配式艺

2、In charge of making, training and improving the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing; Ex, process flow chart, P-FMEA, process layout, standard work instruction etc.

负责生产制造相关文件的制定、培训和改进；例如，制定工艺流程图，P-FMEA，生产线布局图，工序作业指导书等。

3、In charge of process control during production; Technical supporting in mass production (ability to analysis defect and improvement measures)

负责生产过程的工艺质量控制；技术上支持量产生产线（有能力分析问题及提出改善的方法）

4、In charge of production capacity,production process ,design tool and fixture for production .

产能核算，生产方式的选择和优化,为生产设计辅助工具及工装

5、Carry out the constantly improving work;

推动持续改进工作;

6、Finish other works assigned by leader;

完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜。

岗位要求：

1、Bachelor’s degree or above with major in mechanical engineering, or equivalent subject

本科学历以上，机械工程或相应专业

2、Good command of English & mandatory in both oral and written.

良好的口头和书面英语。

3、With strong application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, etc.

较强的办公软件应用能力，文档、数据表格等。

4、5 years of working experience or above in mechanical manufacturing, automotive industry background is preferred.

5年以上机械制造行业相关工作经验，汽车行业背景优先。

5、Good at AutoCAD; have knowledge and experience PLC control and programming。

良好的计算机辅助设计能力；有PLC控制和编程的知识和经验。

6、Experience in the design, manufacturing, setup or maintain of production line, automation and robot is preferred.

具有生产线、自动化设备和机器人方面的设计、制造、安装或维护经验者优先。

7、Good communicating skills.

良好的团队沟通技巧.

8、Be proactive, positive and adaptive to new environment quickly.

积极主动、求真务实，并对新环境有较快的适应能力。
