 Responsible in executing daily activities in house and sustain production and as quality role in factory. Ensure products meet quality requirements. 

 1.     Production Quality Issue Handling 

a)   Be responsible for daily production quality management. 

b)   Organize the internal audit and ensure closure to all the nonconforming items. 

c)   Use quality tools to solve product processing quality issue timely, ensure product and service quality meet and exceed customer requirements.

d)  Make sure all major and critical characteristics are under control and make control chart as necessary. 

e)  Collect daily inspection data and analyze the data monthly. Then provide improvement elements for next monthly. 

f)     Make sure all related inspection are conducted and records are maintained. 

 g)      Handling quarantine FG and WIP in house by MRB process.   

 h)      Work-out and update IPQC&CQC inspection WI timely to insure all key items under the control and meet quality requirement. 

 2.     Customer Complaint 

 a)      Deal with customer complaints, ensure to provide feedback to internal customer ( CQE) timely, and develop interim containment actions. 

 b)      Participate customer audit; make corrective action reports and further monitor.         

Education & Training:

    

Minimum degree of Bachelor in science and engineering

    

    

Experience & Competency:

    

-        At least 3 years in process quality control, ISO and SPC Knowledge or experience

    

-        English speaking, reading and writing skill

    

-        Good communication skills and team work spirit, willing to take up challenges

    

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow through
