资质要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机电一体化/电气/机械相应相关专业，有欧美留学背景优先

2. 5年以上从事有关电柜、机电，机床等相关行业的外企销售经验，拥有稳定的客户资源，业绩突出者优先

3. 精通英语口语交流和书写能力，会德语者更佳。

4. 具有一定的市场分析和判断能力，良好的客户服务意识

5. 反应敏捷、表达能力强、具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧、具有亲和力

6. 责任心及抗压性强，能适应出差。

工作描述：

1. 市场研究，制定营销计划，寻找开发潜在客户

2. 评估市场新产品领域，掌握市场动态

3. 理解客户需求，准备最有竞争力的方案和报价

4. 通过各地销售活动或自我渠道建立客户群。建立客户目标清单，维护和更新客户关系。

5. 熟悉公司产品应用，服务需求，竞争对手的情报等，以便发现新商机

6. 服从领导安排的其他工作

Qualification requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics/Electrical/Mechanical related fields, studying abroad in Europe and America is preferred

2. More than 5 years of sales experience in foreign companies related to electrical cabinets, electromechanical, machine tools and other related industries, with stable customer resources, outstanding performance is preferred

3. Proficient in oral communication and writing in English, German is plus.

4. Have a certain market analysis and judgment ability, and a good sense of customer service

5. Outgoing personality, quick response, strong expression skills, strong communication skills and communication skills, and affinity

6. Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to business trips.

Work description:

1. Do market research, make marketing plans, find and develop potential customers

2. Evaluate new product areas on the market and master the market dynamics

3. Understand customer needs and prepare the most competitive plan and quotation

4. Build your own customer base through sales activities everywhere or your own channels. Establish a list of customer goals, maintain and update customer relationships.
