Objective of Job

• Operate within key guidelines to ensure corporate and commercial objectives are achieved, as well as ensure professional representation of the Alfa Romeo brand. Work closely with internal teams as well as external customers to achieve sales targets.

   

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned dealers to deliver sales result:

- Target setting, review KPI with dealers to find solution to improve performance.

- Measure and monitor dealer sales performance Vs. Target.

- Ensure dealers to adhere to Alfa Romeo standard/processes/commercial policy.

- Correct Dealer Organization.

- Correct Dealer personnel responsibility.

- Accuracy data monitoring on Master Report.

- Use Master Report and identify area for improvement.

- Monitor dealer training compliance with Alfa Romeo China requirement.

- Check the result of product training and coordinate on improving dealer competence.

- Visit dealers and business review.

- Feedback competitor’s activity in the market.

- Quarterly review with dealer to assess the performance.

- Responsible to guide dealer marketing plan to support the retail achievement.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, International Trade or other related field. Good knowledge of MS Office Application.

• Proven experience within OEM environment covering sales and field management, with dealership management experience.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and able to interact effectively with different parties, including internal and external suppliers.

• High level of integrity and well-organized with good problem-solving abilities.

• Intelligent, aggressive, devoted and proactive, with a strong team spirit.

• Minimum three years of working experience in an international work environment, with auto industry experience.
