岗位职责：

1、完成新产品配色工作，对色彩比较敏感；

2、根据客户要求配置颜色，对色浆、涂料进行筛选、调校与验证；

3、按照公司的要求协助配色经理对现有产品的配方及工艺进行持续改进；

4、对色板、客户来样等进行存储管理。

任职要求：

1、在色母厂和改性塑料厂工作过两年以上配色经验者优先。

2、掌握配色的基本原理知识，熟知各种原材料的性能和加工工艺、熟练掌握各种原料、色粉、色母的性质与原理;

3、懂得有机颜料和无机颜料的区别和特性、能独立完成颜色的配制、调色等；

4、会使用测色仪和光源箱等设备

5、具有较强的工作抗压能力、分析能力、解决问题能力，能吃苦耐劳、自觉配合工作安排；
