Main Responsibilities：

主要职责

• To deliver CAPEX projects and transformative supply chain innovations to expand existing clients and win new business; 提供资本支出项目和变革供应链创新，以扩大现有客户并赢得新业务;
• To deliver multiple end-to-end parallel AUTOMATION projects (ETOS®); 实现多端并行自动化项目(ETOS®)推广与实施;
• Design, Structure, Coordinate and implement a distributed supply chain between MR and OEM's in context of business development; 在业务发展的背景下，设计、构建、协调和实施MR与变压器厂之间的分布式供应链;
• Lead the technical design, review and propose differentiating and value creating solutions for OEM's and large scale grid operators that meets standardization, technical and business needs today and in the future; 领导技术设计，审核并为变压器厂和大型电网运营商提出差异化和价值创造的解决方案，满足当今和未来的标准化、技术和业务需求;
• Evaluate, simplify, improve and co-create processes, organization and structures with our OEM's to establish the intelligent networked transformer as standard at our Chinese Transformer OEM based on AUTOMATION products (ETOS®); 与变压器厂评估、简化、改进和共同创建流程、组织和架构，基于自动化产品(ETOS®)在中国变压器中建立智能网络变压器标准;
• Curious, constand learning and deep dive into the transformer automation, substation automation as well as develop, communicate and establish a collaborative and fully digitally transformed MR-OEM manufacturing process; 对变压器自动化、变电站自动化充满好奇、不断学习和深入钻研，开发、沟通和建立协作、完成数字化改造的MR-OEM制造流程;
• Hand's on engineering capacity capable to commission, diagnose and resolve project challenges on site as well as train and transfer knowledge and experience to customers and colleagues; 具备现场调试、诊断和解决项目挑战的能力，并向客户和同事传授知识和经验;
• Coordinate project information, roll-in of requirements and roll-out of information between customer and MR teams. 在客户和MR团队之间协调项目信息、实现需求转入和信息转出。

Education and Qualifications：

职位要求

• Bachelor degree of  Electrical Engineering, Automation or related; 本科及以上电气工程，电力自动化相关专业;
• At least 3 years of related work experience in power grid / transformer / asset automation and control technologies; 3年以上电网/变压器/资产自动化和控制技术相关工作经验;
• Experienced in Operational Technologies such as SCADA, IEC 61850, Tranformer automation and control, (ETOS®, MSENSE®); 具有SCADA、IEC 61850、变压器自动化和控制(ETOS®，MSENSE®)等操作技术经验;
• Proven technical and project leadership with multiple years of experience in substation commissioning, transformer control / system integration; 在变电站调试、变压器控制/系统集成方面具有多年的技术和项目指导/协调经验;
• Ability to assess, document and analyse business processes and experienced in process change at OEM's; 熟悉评估、记录和分析业务流程，有OEM流程改进经验者优先;
• Selfstarter, sales focused and dive deep into technical domain of power transformer, automation, sensors, IT and OT; 积极主动，专注于销售并深入电力变压器，自动化，传感器，IT和OT技术领域;
• Fluency in English oral and written communication, creation of concise presentations and writing of naratives and memo's 流利的英语口头和书面交流，能写简明的报告，书写叙述和备忘录
• Excellent working knowledge of MS EXCEL, MS PowerPoint, Auto CAD 熟练使用MS EXCEL, MS PowerPoint, Auto CAD
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to committ fully to the client success 愿意出差，灵活应变。
