Responsibility

• Work independently, as well as a team to meet sales target.
• To follow up with customer closely to generate potential business.
• To develop target account and enhance communication with Key Customers to fulfill customer needs.
• Establish and develop long term relationship to promote company reputation and business strategy.
• Understand and communicate market trends, competition, performance issues, price issues, lead-time requirements and customer issues.
• Realize bookings in line with / in excess of the annual plan.
• Early identification of target projects to increase hit rate.
• Business Plan produced and obtaining timely objectives with regular updates.
• Establish and update a competition, market level pricing, product trends, lead-time requirements.
• Flowforce forecast update in line with the Flowforce policy and achieve forecast integrity month-on-month.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with working experience in similar technical/commercial role
• Knowledge of rotating equipment
• Ability to work independently with good team spirit
• Familiar with Microsoft office software
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Open minded personality and willing to travel frequently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding for the need of ad-hoc assignments
