1) Purpose of the position: 职位目的: The individual in this position will be responsible for the sales account support and service; the execution and ownership of the position responsibilities include searching and contacting customers, then pricing, quoting, and forecasting, order related availability, sales analysis and presentation, complaint handling coordination, etc. 本岗位负责销售客户的的支持与服务;本岗的执行主要包括以下工作内容：收集客户信息、客户关系拓展、定价、报价、预测、订单处理、销售分析和介绍，投诉处理协调等。 2) Tasks & Responsibilities: 任务和职责: 1. Sales & Marketing Assistant Work: Assist in contacting customers, preparing presentations and follow up on the requests of clients Assist in initial customer search and business releation development 2. Sales Analysis & Report: Analysis of sales performance through sales turn-over monthly, quarterly and yearly; Assist in preparing management required report and other report routinely; 3. Quote Management: Issue timely delivery of pricing and lead-time information to enable effectiveness in booking the order. 4. Price Management: Communicate and update price changes on backlog/price lists accurately and timely. 5. Order Processing: Entering orders and workflow processing in ERP timely and correctly to reduce rework and improve on-time delivery. 6. Complaint Handling Coordination: Provides, if needed, immediate action on all customer complaints received and assigns owner/s for the complaint resolution. 7.
