Responsibilities:
1.组织实施公司下达的生产经营计划，保质保量地完成生产任务，确保安全高效高质生产；
Organize to implement production plan, quality and quantity of production, and to ensure safe production with high efficient and high quality.
2 负责编制年度生产计划和月度生产计划，提出生产部工作目标，并实施整改方案；
Responsible for annual and monthly production plan making, propose production department objectives and implement reform projects.
3 组织落实、监督和调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；
Make, implement, supervise and control index of technique, quality, equipments, costs and outputs.
4 负责车间基础设备管理和维护，保证生产现场正常生产；
Manage and maintain basic equipments in workshop to ensure normal production.
5 负责建立本部门组织架构，拟定年度用人计划，并确定所需人员的资格条件、工作步骤和工作任务；
Responsible for department organization establishment, drawings out annual personnel plan, and determine qualifications of personnel needed, work procedures and tasks.
6 指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，主持本部门员工的任用、培训、调配和评估等各项工作；
Instruct, supervise and check working of subordinate staff, hold employ, training, adjustment and evaluation for the department employees.
7 负责编制本部门预算，贯彻、执行公司成本控制目标；
Responsible for the department budgets workout, implement and execute corporation target of costs control.
8 严格执行生产安全管理制度，负责本部门员工生产安全教育和管理，对本部门安全生产负责。
Strictly implement production safety management regulations, responsible for the department employees‘ production safety training and department’s production safety
9. 维持现场干净整洁的现场环境
Maintain a clean and tidy workshop
10.维护公司TS16949 和APS 系统
Maintain TS16949 and APS system
11. 工厂经理交付的其它工作任务
Other assignments by plant manager
Lead maintenance teams to make sure all equipment are well maintained and preventive



PERSON REQUIREMENT（任职资格）
The position requires the following personal capabilities for acceptable performance：E.g. Education, experience, age, gender, language, specialty, competencies etc.:
本职位需要以下要求以完成工作：如教育、经验、年龄、性别、语言、专业及能力等。
1.5年以上汽车行业生产管理工作经验Over five-year production management experiences in the automotive industry
2. 本科学历，工科背景University graduate with engineering background
3.较强的人际关系处理能力 Strong ability of interpersonal relations management
4. 组织能力强Good organization ability
5.有较强的计划和统筹协调能力 Good making-overall-plans and coordinating skills
6.责任心强，工作主动积极Strong sense of responsibility and active working attitude
7.熟悉制造成本控制、产能管理以及投入产出管理Familiar with manufacturing cost control, production capability
and input-output management
