岗位职责
Responsibilities
1. To solve the system problems within the responsible areas via onsite support, making sure system is running properly and stably. 通过现场支援解决负责区域的系统问题，确保系统正确稳定地运行
2. Following the issue escalation process, to communicate with IT/ process team timely for any system issues and assist them to resolve the problem in order to minimize the impact to the DC operation. 处理升级流程，对于系统问题，与IT/流程小组进行及时地沟通并协助解决以确保对DC运行的最小化影响。
3. To cooperate with IT/ Process team/ DC operation team/ NIKE China to conduct system test and implement new release. 与IT/流程小组/DC营运组/耐克中国一同进行系统测试以及新发布的实施。
4. To review and summarize the issues regularly and accordingly to conduct system and operation trainings. 定期回顾和总结问题，并相应地进行系统和操作培训。
5. To ensure high quality of functional reports being generated and communicated timely.
确保高质量的功能性报告生成和及时交流。
