Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or above

2. Familiar with semiconductor industry, particularly China and other Asian markets

3. Minimum 15 years FAE (or other relevant) experience. At least 5 years management level.

4. Preference will be given to candidates who have solid field application experience in power management IC / MCU / motor application / LED lighting.

5. Excellent communication skills in English and Putonghua

Job Description:

1. Provide technical support to end customers and distributors in Asia.

2. Supervise FAE teams of Mainland China

3. Design-in pipeline management. DWIN accomplishment for target products, customers and markets.

4. Organize regular project & business review meetings / product trainings to FAEs and distributors.

5. Closely communicate with internal product line colleagues, and ensure FAEs & distributors align with product lines'directions.
