职位描述

General scope of Responsibilities: The Forming Sales manager will grow the forming business through the development of new accounts and support of the ongoing business at the key reference accounts. They will ensure that the sales plan is developed and implemented to continually achieve improved results in their region of responsibility. Their responsibilities include developing and exceeding annual sales plans for their region for forming fabrics.  They will provide timely and accurate sales reporting to promote efficient growth management, cost efficiency and risk avoidance for Company’s resources.

成型网销售经理将通过开发新客户和支持关键客户的现有的业务来发展成型网业务规模。制定和实施销售计划,在所负责的区域内不断取得改进的成果。包括为所在地区制定并超越年度销售计划。及时和准确的提供销售报告,以促进公司资源的高效增长、成本效率和规避风险。


Primary responsibilities will include the following:

  1. Accountable for the growth in revenues, specifically the focus accounts portfolio.
    负责收入的增长,特别是重点客户的投资组合。
  2. Leads and develops regional sales/service staff and resources.

  1. Accurate preparation of budgets and forecasts.

  2. Cooperates in Inventory control and reporting, including the development of effective sales policies to support efficient management and control.

  3. Maintain safe working standards that meet all legal requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Undergraduate degree; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
    本科或同等的教育、培训和经验。
  2. Proven success in sales, sales planning, strategic planning, process re-engineering and project management. 在销售、销售规划、战略规划、流程再造和项目管理方面有成功的经验。
  1. Individual should possess a high degree of technical expertise in industrial selling.

  2. Able to lead and motivate groups and individuals. Able to think creatively and strategically.

  3. Able to successfully mediate and negotiate with internally/externally individuals or groups. Able to effectively manage a team, multiple deadlines and tight time constraints.

  4. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
    良好的语言和人际沟通能力。
  5. Language skills in local dialect and English.
