 Responsibilities  

* Asia Pacific supplier portfolio management for Oates and other FHCS AP brands and development (including price and commercial term negotiation, quality, etc..)  

*  New product development support to Oates and other FHCS AP brands

*  Produce product specifications with support of Regional technical Centre 

*  Source new factories and do benchmarks  

* Do factory assessments and audits with quality department  

* Follow up quality issues with local teams, factories and coordinate with relevant dept. (RTC/Quality/Sales etc..)

* Propose cost saving plan and develop measures to complete plan 

* Monitor the cost development of major raw materials and initiate price negotiation at threshold point  

* Supervise with supply chain 1rst order of new product, keep management alert on potential supply, IP issue, legal and regulation change

Professional Experience and Education

• At least 3 years’ experience (local and international communication) preferable in foreign company / FMCG non food
• Experience in plastic injected product is a +
• University degree minimum
• SAP knowledge is a +

• Power point / excel / Word current users
• Fluent writing and speaking English
• Willing to travel / visit factory without any issues
• Work independently in an International team
• High communication skills with all level of management
• Presentation skills is a +
