1. Review of purchase requisitions and preparation for management approval
2. Commercial and incentives policy update and verify, actual incentives check and settlement. Dealer Margin and TP collecting and calculation
3. Contract and payment review
4. Monthly detailed margin reporting and variance analysis
5. Upload both actual and forecast P&L report to reporting system Oracle and HFM
6. Prepare both actual and forecasting cash flow
7. The forecasting and analysis on SG&A, follow-up on the actual spending versus planning
8. APAR review and inventory impairment testing, creditor’ right transfer
9. Cash collecting cycle (AR/AP and Inventory) analysis and improving
10. Local vehicle per unit variable cost track and option profit analysis
11. Other ad hoc reporting and analysis (e.g. marketing spending, incentive settlement etc.)
