Key Accountabilities:

• Complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in efficient professional manner.
• Provide support to team leader in their activities associated with marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
• Source and create business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting team leader to win new clients.
• Reporting to team leader on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients.
• Responding to enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.
• Ensure market coverage is maximized.
• Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.

 

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills.
• Team work spirit preferably with team management capability.
•   Working experience in Hotel or co-working/familiar with HR & Procurement is preferred
