Responsibilities：

a) Leading monthly controlling closing and manage in SAP and BI system

b) Sales & Marketing controlling including good management of contracts, accrual, as well as verification of actual spending, improving overall internal compliance and process efficiency

c) Monthly Sales & Marketing review on Sales & Marketing spending, to ensure budget control and rolling forecast

d) Overheads reporting, with a proper allocation among business sectors

e) Other management report: innovation, flash volume, variance etc.

f) Submission of monthly rolling forecast in LOOP system

g) Contribute to others controlling process after new RTM in place: cost estimation in SAP, stock revaluation etc.

Required diploma and skills

1. Bachelor Degree with majored in Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration

2. At least 5 years’ experience in financial planning / commercial controlling. Experience in FMCG industry is preferred

3. Advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Excel); and SAP (CO)

4. Fluent English (Written and spoken)
