Responsibility 
Management of the factory process audit program to ensure the process is effective and robust
Planning and scheduling factory audits, CAPA verification, and follow up audits
Audit and qualification of factory processes to ensure the factories meet requirements
Management of factory audit results to ensure audit status are tracked and factory performances are documented and shared with relevant parties.
Communication with buying team and vendors to drive CAPA closure and process improvement.
Training and development of Factory Audit team to ensure all audits are conducted by qualified auditors
Collaboration and communication with PSFGA team and SSR team for mitigating the risk of quality and social responsibility

Excellent Factory Process Audit Skill
Knowledge of Design verification, APQP, FMEA, MSA, Process Improvement 8D, and Reliability Requirements
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Process for Apparel and Electric Appliance is a plus
Fluent written English
Be able to communicate well at all levels
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
Bachelor degree of engineering
