Key Responsibilities
? Maintain data sources in defined systems to include: Vendor, Customer, Employee, material, ensure data complies with the appropriate standards.
? Complete daily audit and weekly audit within the prescribed time. Ensure data is always correct according the original requests and maintain rule.
? Help BUs solve the issues for data maintenance. Work out solutions to avoid same issues.
? Improve existing process and record in Standard Operation Process.
Criteria for Performance Evaluation
? Maintaining controls and audit readiness at all times. 
? Deliver quality services within agreed timeline as defined in SLAs.
? No significant errors or disruptions.
? Positive working environment.

Required skill
? Bachelor’s degree, 2 years + work experience.
? Advance excel skills. Good problem solving and communication skill. 
? Carefulness and patience are very important.
? Good in English writing, English listening and speaking. 
? Strong self-motivation and willing to learn new skills.
? Master Data Management experience is a plus.
? Familiar with formulas or technology tools is a plus.
? ERP or SAP system knowledge is a plus.
? Personal leadership and Think logically is a plus.
? Shard services environment, global company or American company experience is a plus.
