• Identify film product opportunity in various markets including B&C, Consumer Goods, E&E and Healthcare. Drive formulating and implementing market and product development strategy.

• Lead the team to maintain close connection with key customers, improve customer satisfactory, assess market trends and develop new sales in target industries.

• Establish a clear measurement and management process for new product development, including product portfolio management and own P&L of new product.

• Assist product development to establish technical documents, reports, specifications and performance standards

• Ensure that customers and Huasu sales personnel receive continuous and up-to-date technical support, training and problem solving in product application functions

• Work closely with the team to ensure customer needs are met.

• Participate in team building to meet the company's growing needs

Finish other tasks assigned by superior

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering. Chemical engineering and MBA is preferred.

• At least 5 years of technical sales or market development experience in a multinational plastics company

• Demonstrable leadership record in continuously exceeding goals and establishing new strategies for profit growth

• Marketing knowledge and project leadership skills
