• Responsible for both existing solutions upgrading and new solutions roll-out for mobile platform;

负责移动终端平台的现有解决方案升级和新解决方案的规划、落地、推广；

• Responsible for all online payment related issues, including and not limited to supplier management and solution customization;

• Responsible for both related in-house development projects and third-party solution customization projects;

• In the guideline of Akila, give constructive opinions on the roll-out method of mobile solutions (App, mini-program, in-house development or third-party solutions), risk assessment;

按照Akila的产品框架，对移动解决方案（应用程序、微信小程序、内部开发或第三方解决方案）的市场推广策略、风险评估提供建设性意见；

• Support Food Services and Sales team during the early-stage contact with prospects, understand prospects’ need, give constructive opinion on commercial proposition, determine solution main features and architecture of solutions;

在与潜在客户的早期商务活动阶段，支持餐饮运营团队和销售团队的工作。了解潜在客户的需求，对客户服务建议书提出建设性意见，确定解决方案的功能点；

• Based on the pre-defined roll-out method, define project scope, timeline, deliveries and resources needed. Fully responsible for the project delivery;

综合以上几点，定义项目范围、进度时间表、交付内容和所需资源。全权负责项目交付；

• Support Operation team during the post-bidding stage for online platform solutions related issues, such as UAT, on-site feedbacks analysis and solution version upgrading. In terms of solution operation on clients’ sites, coordinate with internal and external resources to deal with trouble shooting issues;

在项目运营阶段为餐饮运营团队提供支持，解决与在线平台解决方案相关的问题，例如解决方案改进、交付、UAT和现场使用反馈分析；

• Regular reporting to Akila team about project progress, actively find solutions to solve difficulties during the project lifecycle;

定期向Akila团队报告项目进度，在项目进展困难时，积极寻找解决办法；

• Data intelligence: support in defining data intelligence strategy to support company’s digital transformation, and data intelligence roll-out;

数据智能：参与定义公司数据智能策略，支持公司的数字化转型和数据智能推出；

• Acting as the key point of contact and core coordinator for online platform solutions related issues with cross-functional stakeholders in different departments in the company.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• IT background with 5-7 years’ experience in Mobile / digital project as a management role;
• 5-7年移动/数字项目管理经验及IT背景；
• Experiences with food services sector is a big plus;

• Leadership skill, demonstrated excellent communication and coordination skills;
