职位描述

  1.  POSITION SUMMARY   Define, carry out studies and adjustments necessary for the creation of new sweet sauce and fruitmix with some experience in manufacturing processes, improvement of existing products by ensuring compliance with schedules and compliance with regulation and principles of food safety. To support R&D manager in product testing and database management.      

  2.   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES     - Ensure the development of products and processes responding to various brief issued by Marketing, Sales, Procurement, production and etc. - Establish the development planning. - Development of new industrial manufacturing lines: Ensure that the development, construction or modification of machines are adapted to requirement of technical team. - Develop or optimize the formulation of products - Participate in the identification and selection of equipment/raw materials/packaging suppliers. - Understand the role of different ingredients and interactions between them for recipe adjustment if necessary. - Conduct cost approaches. - Conduct trial run test with equipment in place, or available from equipment suppliers. - Analyzes the finished product according to the expected features and carries out a follow-up of physical-chemical and sensory parameters. - Conduct ageing test once recipe was validated. - Follows the ageing of the trial run test and industrial tests, initiates if necessary and anticipate optimizations before the first productions and/or launch. - Manages the samples and provides samples for internal and external tests. - Pre-validate and ensures permanently that the formulas under development will be industrialisable. - Define and manage the project schedule. - In collaboration with production department in the production process and provide quality problem resolutions. - Accompany quality and production services during the first production. - Provide inner technical documents and Support to review/maintain CIP procedures - Perform validation tests of processes, products and/or ingredients at suppliers/production site. - New technologies: ensures that new technologies are explored and understood. - Ensure the realization of the projects in time, the cost and the level of quality defined by the project team. - Responsible for communicating the project's progress and risk management within the company.    

  3 Education Requirements and Skills   o   Food science and technology education background   o   Analytical, innovative and organizational skills.   o   Spoken and written English   o   Good level in Excel and Word soft wares    

  4   Working Experience   o   At least 3 years’ experience in similar function, preferably from sweet sauce or fruitmix industry   o   Knowledge of raw materials ingredients, manufacturing processes   o   Regular Contacts with suppliers in their area of expertise
