Purpose: 岗位概述
The job of this position is taking as a supporting role in the whole sales team in Wesco China. She / He will be focusing on data entry and collection, summarization & analysis, supporting for the achievement of monthly and yearly sales. Besides, to be the coordinator of Sales team for the administration issues.
该职位的工作主要是为伟司科中国的整个销售团队提供销售支持。她/他将专注于数据录入和收集、总结和分析,最终目的是为实现整个部门的月度和年度销售。此外,此职能是整个销售团队内部行政工作的协调人。
Job Responsibilities: 工作职责
- To be familiar with the sales process of the sales team in China, complete the regular job according to the requirements in different instructions.
熟悉销售团队在中国的销售流程,根据不同工作指导书的要求完成日常工作。
- Well support for the team and sales supervisor, tracking for the promise date of the back orders and achievement of weekly sales.
为团队和销售主管提供良好的支持,跟踪延期订单的承诺日期和每周销售业绩。
- Order processing – To ensure the accuracy of the order input and monitor order status to ensure customer request met.
订单处理 – 确保订单输入的准确性,监控订单状态,确保满足客户要求。
- Handle customers complanits according to company procedures.
根据公司程序处理客户投诉。
- Provide sales data analysis to Sales Supervisor. Supporting for key meetings’ PPT when its required.
为销售主管提供销售数据分析。必要时可以制作关键会议的PPT。
- Work closely with other department – IT, Warehouse, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance to support the business enhancement and fulfill the goal.
与IT、仓库、质量,供应链、财务等其他部门密切合作,支持业务提升和实现部门目标。
Knowledge and Skill Requirements: 知识和技能要求
- Excellent logical thinking ability, calm and careful. Master the method of data analysis and the using of the software like Microsoft EXCEL (must be required).
优秀的逻辑思维能力,冷静细致。掌握数据分析的方法和EXCEL等软件的使用(必须具备)
- Good sense of presentation skills, supporting managers to complete the PPT with key data and issues. Well use of software like Microsoft WORD, POWERPOINT.
良好的表达能力,支持主管或经理完成PPT,提供关键数据和问题。熟练使用微软WORD,PPT等软件。
- Good communication skill with nice and patient personality, honest and humble, positive and responsibility. Self-motivated and have much initiatives. Be happy to learn more and make improving all the time.
良好的沟通技巧,性格温和耐心,诚实谦虚,积极负责。乐于学习,不断进步。
- Good time management skill, complete the mission within deadline. In further, be active and could arrange the working to do ahead of time.
良好的时间管理技能,能在规定期限内完成任务。此外,积极主动,能提前安排工作。
- Good English writing & speaking skill.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
- Could accept appropriate overtime.
可以接受适当的加班。
- Bachelor degree.
本科文凭。
- English CET-6 level or above.
