Responsibilities
Administrative Assistants are responsible for managing administrative tasks that include:

? Meet, greet and manage visitors to the office
? Manage the phone system
? Manage and book travel
? Track administrative expenses
? Support executive leadership as required
? Manage petty cash needs and related budget

Qualifications
Administrative Assistants generally join Alaris after one or two years of work experience or directly after graduating university with a Bachelors or Associates Degree. We are looking for high potential candidates who have the following qualifications:

? Excellent attention to detail

? Mature and easy to communicate with
? Mandarin and proficient in English
