Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the clinical development strategy by providing medical scientific input for portfolio management.
• Provide required medical knowledge about the new products and related therapeutic areas.
• Supports business development by coordinating the scientific input to in-licensing and global product opportunities.
• Act as a key driver to assigned clinical projects, provide medical and scientific expertise to project teams, participate in project feasibility and risk assessment.
• Responsible for the document quality control issued from clinical development function from development plan to final trial report, including IND/CTA documents, concept, protocol, amendment, CSR and so on. 
• Contribute to IB, CRF, ICF, IRB/EC documents, SAP, and NDA documents, etc.
• Prepare materials for and present in investigator meetings or regulatory agencies meetings.
• Provide overall medical and safety oversight of clinical trials as assigned.
• Assist with data review monitoring board activities.
• Interact with inter-departmental and external consultants, KOLs, and regulatory agencies as appropriate.
• Responsible for presentation of the medical scientific position and clinical development function in internal meetings and committees and towards external organizations and experts.
• Take initiatives to foster high-performing culture and to enhance Pegbio scientific reputation.

Qualification

• Master degree of clinical medicine, M.D. or MBA degree will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of clinical development experience.
• Endocrinology or metabolism area development experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Having detailed knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication in a cross functional team setting.
