The Supplier Relations Manager (SRM) drives business growth by cultivating relationships with suppliers aimed at growing their participation in events through increased frequency and AP flow. The SRM will utilize multi-media channels (OB & IB calls, email, etc.) to accomplish this. SRM’s employ and execute a variety of sales techniques and campaigns, all while providing superior customer service. The SRM’s primary focus is on retaining suppliers and growing the frequency and volume of their participation.

    

Specific Job Responsibilities:

1.   Increasing participation with existing customers
2. Foster New Participations with New Suppliers
3. Retaining existing suppliers
4. Ensuring all data collected is accurate and complete
