Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with certain party (customers, colleagues, carriers……) for operation discussing and problem solving.

2. Responsible to maintain existing customer relationship and follow up of daily business request from customer as – managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients

Assist project sales member on all round services to customers including Freight, warehousing, domestic transportation, etc.

3. Customer maintenance and coordination with operation to achieve service excellent

Assist project sales member on email exchanges and coordinate with operation team to settle the issue while Sales is out of office.

4. Provide data and review Customer Service Performance with Manager & Provide regular updates to commercial team on cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years’ relative sales support/CRM experience in freight forwarding industry.

2. College and above degree

3. CET 4 and above, with good spoken and written English skills

4. Proficiency in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & CRM/Freight Operation system

5. Good team work and cooperation
