Job description :

• Take charge of monthly closing activities like posting entries, managing monthly service commission calculation and true-up. Ensure integrity of financial data/reports and adherence to all control policies and procedures.
• Undertake accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and applicable local regulations.
• Prepare monthly closing report packages
• In charge of various industry reports submission
• Assist external auditors with preparation of audit files and other supporting documentation
• Capital management
• Provide local supporting to Greater China Treasury
• In charge of new employee finance training
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as requested

                                        

    

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree & above;
• Good understanding in US GAAP and China Accounting Principles;
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in financial accounting;
• Familiar with SAP;
• Working experience in multinational company environment is preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications with strong competency in Excel;
• Good communication skills - effectively verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese;
• Good team player and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
• Mature, enthusiastic and positive thinking and personality – Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and short deadline;
