工作职责:

Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management

? Execute end – to end strategic sourcing process to identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate and execute contract process to deliver best total cost solution for one of our main clients.

? Support Hard Services Mgr. by participating or leading national key strategic tenders, negotiations or managing relationships with strategic suppliers when needed.

? Ensure best price-quality ratio of the supply market and ensure healthy competition between suppliers.

? Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure the continuity of deliveries.

? Negotiate the best contractual conditions.

? Use Key Performance Indicator (KPI), development of scorecards, quarterly and half-yearly company reviews, supplier summits and Contract Dispute Management to manage supplier delivery efficiently.

Internal Customer Management

? Develop and maintain important business relationships and you must effectively influence client business owners.

? Ensure compliance with purchase policies and practices.

? Work effectively with key stakeholders on cross-team projects and problems.

Quality Management & Controls

? Follow up suppliers with contractual compliance issues.

任职资格:

? Minimum 2-3 years-experience on hard service sourcing knowledge of international company.

? Highest business ethical standard and personal integrity

? Strong sense of safety and compliance in Manufacturing environments

? Proven track record of deliver savings to business

? Able to develop cost breakdown for given services.

? Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Strong management skills in work procedure

? Good command of English both in writing and speaking

? Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and related

? Motivated, self-starter, organized

? Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and achieve tight deadlines.

? Desired: Experience in e-Sourcing systems such as ARIBA, SAP, Scanmarket or similar system.

? Bachelor’s degree. background: Engineering (desired), supply chain, business administration & etc.
