职位描述
工作要求Job Requirements
1. 本科学历及以上学历,机械、机电、电子或汽车工程等相关专业. Bachelor Degree or above, mechatronics、electrical or automotive engineer etc.
2. 至少两年工作经验在汽车零件测 At least 2 year experience related to Automotive components Test;
3. 较较强的电路、马达功能、耐久 Strong knowledge of circuit test, motor functional test, durability test,, temperature, vibration and salt test etc.
4. 熟悉示波器、万用表、绝缘电阻、放大器、频谱仪等测试设 Familiar with oscilloscope、multi-meter、isolation、amplifier, spectrograph etc electrical equipment.
5. 熟悉大众、通用、福特工程测试方法(熟悉把手，锁芯，门锁优先) Be familiar with VW、GM、Ford engineering test methods(door handle, locksets, latch is preferred )
6. 保证实验室设备的正常工作状 Ensure lab equipment are in good working condition
7. 能用英语进行交 Can communicate in English
8. 熟悉 labview、DAQ等设备优先 Familiar labview software、DAQ equipment is preferred
9. 熟悉EMC测试优先 EMC test standards is desirable
岗位职责Job Responsibility
1. 参与新产品ED&T 测试报价 Provide test quotation for new project
2. 起草和发布新开发产品的实验项目规划 ADVP&R Initiate and release ADVP&R for new project.
3. 试验设备和夹具规划书制作，设备和夹具验收、维护、保养 Preparing , planning and acceptance for test fixture and test equipment
4. 编写设备操作说明书，明确设备操作方法； Write working instruction for test equipment
5. 编写试验操作流程，明确试验方法 Write working instruction for test method
6. 产品试验进度跟踪 Tracking test schedule for new project
7. 编制新产品测试报告 Create and release DV/PV report
8. 跟踪委外测试,获得和确认外部测试报告 Track outsourcing test，confirm and get test report from exterior lab
9. 参与失效试验分析，并结合失效现象给出参考建议 Participate in failure test analysis, and give suggestion
10. 熟练实验室内设备并能够熟练操作相关设备 Familiar with test equipment and operate related test equipment
11. 对所负责的设备进行定期保养 Maintain related test equipment
12. 对操作人员进行培训和评价，确保操作人员能够正确执行测试工作 Training and evaluation of operators to make sure that operators can perform test correctly
13. 与联盟公司进行测试方面的技术交流，确保测试方法的准确性 Technical communication with VAST alliance to ensure the accuracy of the testing method.
14. 其它上级分配的任务 Other task assigned by manager
